Q: What exactly is online coaching?

Online coaching is the future of personal training.  You will receive coaching from Eric Weinbrenner virtually.  Your programs will be sent to you via email as well as all instructions needed.  You will be getting the exact same results as one-on-one personal training, but at a fraction of the price.

Q: How does this coaching program differ from others?

Other coaching programs exist, but only a handful of them will actually get you results.  Since Eric Weinbrenner's background is in teaching and exercise physiology, your program is always based on research and real-world experience. On top of this, the whole program is based on the psychology of change, meaning that you will be coached through the process of changing and adopting habits (through email support) so that you can not only get leaner and build more muscle, but you can maintain your results for the rest of your life.  This is very powerful and few coaching programs are able to do this.

Q: Why is online coaching so effective?

It’s very effective due to a multitude of reasons.  For starters, you get to still have control over your own schedule.  Personal training doesn’t work for many people because their lives are hectic and they train at different times daily, with online coaching, your schedule is still yours.  On top of this, the program is fully customized towards you.  This includes what equipment you have available, how you eat due to choice or religious reasons, and how often you are able to eat or train.
